Thx for reply today we put 83 thermostat and now is little better, and set to fun turn on little earlier too now temp is on half. But engine is hot anyway. I have XR3i hood, and today also put RS Turbo original hood and hot air go trough 2 holes on hood. But I don't know, maybe I must buy bigger intercooler and 2 fans ?

On a rst between half and 3/4 on temp gauge is fine. Maybe try bonnet raisers if it's still hot. Intercooler will only cool charge temps and because it mounts in front of the radiator it will increase the temp of your water abit

Even if you buy a chipped ecu you will still need to get it set up correctly. You cant just increase boost pressure without adjusting the fuel to suit

Ofc, but we can give more fuel via black box? when we make hybrid turbo (with bigger blades) and when we start engine first time, the car couldn't go, then we give more fuel with black box. is that ok?

Hi again. Now I need another help about my car. We do some changes on engine and now we have problem with fuel - lean mixture. We have about 200 hp and we don't know how to increase fuel. Increased fuel with back box, with ke jetronic, with bigger injectors but nothing. And now tomorrow will install 5th injector in intake. But we never do that before and need some advice. If someone can give advice about that, what to do and etc thanx brothers

Running lean will create heat and you can destroy your engine easy. Is ignition set right? If its too retard it will create a lot of heat. Make sure you know what you are doing else take it to a tuner can't say anything else then this. And with telling you have a turbo with bigger blades i get my doubts. No offence to you mate!
