How can I tell if my heads been done as I'm 99% it's been done. Is there anyway I can tell or somewhere that will know? If so what sort of price to have it all checked?

It was revving really high off the gauge past 7k but for all I know it could be out?

Standard engines will happily rev over 7k (could be talking about 1st gear for all we know).

Anyway, best bet is to throw some pics up of the inlet/exhaust ports and throats n people will be able to advise. Would need the head off to tell if bigger valves

I thought a standard engine would only go to about 6500? Doesn't it all depend on what cams etc mate?

Am I right in thinking that for the price of have all the head done, I may aswel go down the 2.0 zetec turbo route for not far off different prices?
