Default water leaking under fuse box

I have water leaking under my fuse box on my 1987 rs turbo, I can see under the dash it is srewed to the bulkhead but cant see how to get to those screws from the fuse box, I take it I have to get the fuse/relay holder out first.

anyone give my some advise please.

Your correct. Pull the fuse box out of it casing. It's the casing that's screwed to the bulkhead.

Take the lid off the fuse box, grab hold of the wiring coming out of the front and sharp yank upwards, (or use a small flat blade screw driver to free the clips off starting at the front) this will free the fuse board from the lower casing, then there are three cross head screws two at the front and one at the rear to undo then you can lift the bottom casing up to have a look, but you only have a few inches to play with so needs a bit of juggling about.
