Default MFI plumbing

Can anyone give me a break down of where everything connects to on the metering head? The injectors and cold start are obvious but i'm not sure about everything else. What size pipes do I need for fuel lines, flow and return? Does the accumulator need to be near the metering head or can it be at the back of the car?

You'll have to excuse my ignorance, i've not had much to do with old MFI systems. The engine is going in a kit car i'm building, I trial fitted it a while back and made the mounts etc but now the chassis is all painted it will soon be getting install properly.

I've put a couple of photos below and lettered the outlets, D is cold start iirc
