Yep it's been done a few times now, the actual engine itself is fairly easy as its only a black-top Zetec at the end of day!
Gearbox is a bit harder if you wanted to use FRS box (would need custom mounts, shafts and linkage I think) but engine would bolt straight up to an S2 box although prob wouldn't last long!
Then it's just the stuff around it like turbo and management etc to think about.
