Exhaust manifold stud threads

Are these easy enough to repair/re-tap with the head etc all intact in the car?
I have 1 stud that wont tighten up.

is it the stud that won't tighten in the head or the nut on the stud that won't tighten?

The thread in the head is fucked... Bloody pain in the arse to take the manifold n turbo off, erghh!
