Big brake conversion
I'm looking at uprating my front brakes, I've been looking at doing the 300mm conversion using the Mk3 Mondeo front calipers with the focus st170 disks. I was just wondering if any of you had already done this and what it is like if so?

Just done this recently.
You get a bite more bite under braking. Its not neck braking, but it is noticeable. Nice easy conversion as well, providing you are not running std rst wheels.

Grind em down a bit and they will fit under standard rims.

Been running this for a couple of years now and it's a big improvement, a MC and servo from a MK3 Mondeo will sharpen them up even more.

I'll try and find out but if you already have the mondeo one, it won't be worth the effort upgrading to the ka one.

Is the ka or mk3 mondeo servo and ms a bolt on part part or do you have to modify anything to get it to fit
