if it's worn replace it.
have you mesured the lift on the lobes and compared them with each other? if not, get a caliper out and measure them, if it's only the tiniest amount of variance you should be ok, but approaching 0.1mm is quite bad and will make some cylinders run leaner/richer than others. |

Make sure you change them together and run them in properly to have any chance of survival.

As above, to me it looks pretty well worn tbh, i've binned cams that looked no worse than that!
