Should fit fine mate!...i got 7x17" wheels on mine and that fine i got it lowerd 20mm but need stiffer rear shocks!

i fitted mondeo st2 rims with standard tyres on mine when i 1st got it! u need a 45 profile & then there r no probs!

I had em on my Cab but with 25/45/16's... They're only £40 odd quid each mate, get a new set!

I had those 7x16" Cossie type rims on my 3i (with ERST arches and suspension) and they will fit, but rub constantly if you use 205/50's
You need to go to 195/45 profile tyres and still lip or grind back the arche lips. Still get rubs with them even then, mainly with passengers, but sometimes on me onw if driving it in anger lol....
