handbrake cable

i got 2wd rear disc conversion and put new cable on little while ago but noticed it keeps pulling through after i set it anyone else had this problem like the adjuster isint strong enough or maybe the calipers are stiff but they work fine when i set them just after a couple of uses the handbrake cable slips through any ideas new pads too

sorry bit vauge under the car where you set the tension with the two plastic adjusters it seems to keep coming loose so the cable is slack ?

have u changed over to the MK4 moon segment? Apart from this part, and where it hooks onto the calipers, the cable is virtually the same as std. Maybe a dodgy cable?

isnt there a plastic peg that goes through the adjuster?? worn maybe? did I read theyre a one shot deal? sorry for been vague, trying to remember

yeah changed the moon maybe its dodgey then yeah noticed the lug and secured that but still pulls through?
