4x4/fwd/rwd conversion/converters

does anybody no a good 4x4/fwd/rwd conversion/converters in the west midlands, iv seen links on here n saved them in the past, but had 2 reformat my computer n lost them all, im lookin for a drive in drive out job with cosworth lump sitting in my mk4 cab,unsure on 4x4 or rwd, i have 12 grand saved up any pointers in right direction cheeRs
