Default What a shit day!
My car started playing up so went to see one of my mates and there was no compression, turbo had also gone knacked!so we decided we were going to build 2.1zvh.so started getting bits 2.0 silvertop engine,intercooler etc etc stripped old engine bay ready to start project and found at one point in its life it had front end crash near side and was repaired very badly!but very well disguised so after chatting with my mate we cant see the point in carrying on!why do people bodge cars!i thought i had a rather mint car

Any photos of the bodge work mate?

I had a car once that had immaculate wing to slam panel joints bar a little scab, took the grinder to it and discovered that in fact the immaculate seam was body filler. The guy had even put all the spot welds back in lol guessing he had used the end of a pen on the filler, i kind of take my hat off to him for a convincing bodge.
