Default more problems :(

ok sorry about this guys, i have fixed my overheating but now have a boost prob, it started when tried to road test it, it held back and sounded like a machine gun on boost, almost like overboosting. so i wound the actuator right down, same prob at 5 psi!! so then i found the multi plug to the EMFR i belive? (black box on side of metering head at the rear) hanging, so i plugged it in and it cought spluttered and died! upon further inspection i found 2 wires chopped just infront of the heater box which i was then told was ment to connect to the engine temperature coolant sensor, so i looked and it wasnt there. it was blanked off! i then got one and whacked it in ect and seemed to then idle but still missfire, i thought it was cause of co2 was out, so sorted co2 and still extreemly bad. so then i changed my cam and is MILES better, but still on full load holds back and seems to overboost but nowhere near as bad because i can now sort of build up the revs slow and drive it normal, but still will not go on full load!! any ideas are extreemly appreciated as normal guys

well if im not driving it and i am at idle out of gear, the car revs up and dumps fine, sounds spot on.

but when driven under load as soon as the boost comes on it sounds like its overboosting (cross between a machine gun and a wet fart) and holds back, but it doesnt cut out no mate

Have you checked the plug gaps usually when it holds back it's the gaps that are to small or to big if there to big the spark gets blown out if there too small you dont get a strong enough spark.

the actuator pipe and compressor housing pipe, should they have some sort of retaining clip to hold them on to thier respective locations?
