GAZ Coilover rear springs - fiesta turbo

Hi everyone does anyone know what poundage spings i should use on the rear of my fiesta turbo using GAZ coilovers - for hard road use!
would 180-200lb sound about right?

just got Gmax shocks and springs! - not the best i know!
