Blower motor doesn't work, tried about 3 second hand motors but still no joy?

I think it must be a wiring problem? so just want to know what are the 3 wires on the blow?

Want to know witch is witch and what it what?

hi, just looked in wiring diagram for you (series2) the black and red wire is the power from the fuse box,it runs from the fuse to the switch, then out the switch to the blower, check that first. fuse 11 is the heater blower.

Bit of an old forum I know, but having similar probs with mine. Should there be power at the plug which goes onto the blower motor? there is none at mine even when turned on. None at the variator switch for fan speed either. Where is the relay for it on the car please? I changed the blower thinking it was that but - NO! Refuse to buy another one lol.
Thanks.
