No they are different.RS TURBO one's fit at the back of the tank,the XR3i EFI one's fit inside the tank.

unless its MFI XR3i then an MFI RST fuel pump will fit, but the RST pump is higher pressure than the XR3i job.

All MFI pumps run at th esame pressure IIRC, which is also approx 2 BAR higher than the typical EFi

Also I've never seen a MK4 Escort run an in yank pump.... couldn't even source one in the books when recently scouring all tank options for an injection conversion.

Ade, im 99% sure RST pumps are higher pressure than the 3i items!

I've seen a few aftermarket listings with all MFi running the same pump, CVH and Cologne, wouldn't suprise me if that was teh case from day one.

Hmm, I still believe it is a higher pressure than the 3i job, the sierra cosworth is a higher pressure again from the RST pump but looks the same as all 3 !

fuel pump on efi cabs only run 1 bar of static presure you need 5 bar of static pressure for a rst according to the cabby owners club

I have a cabby running an rs turbo efi conversion, serious over fuelling going on, do you think I wld need an efi tank and pump? Cheers cal

Mine is over fuel too been told it down to the chip been taking out before I got it am running a efi turbo in my cabby
