yer settle for that!!! you have to be honest not many companies will touch you for your under 25 your in the same boat as me....

i got 4yrs ncb 22yrs old no points or anything the cheapest i got was £1500, i rang every where its just age that goes against you, you won't find insurance any cheaper atm to be honest...

remember insurance is always goin up and with cossie's been as rare and fast people are reluctant to insure young drivers....

Hello mate,

Unfortunately I think you'll be paying around £1500 for a standard/stage 1 Escos which is about right for your age, although the area you live in can make a huge difference.

I'm still paying 1k and I'm 28 with 9 years NCB.

Try calling these two companies for really good quotes:

Good Luck mate

My cheapest quotes were direct choice £740, Adrian flux £790 and Admiral £850. 25 with 5 yrs NCD. Been with Admiral last few years always loads cheaper, give them a bell, as they seem best on younger drivers

I paid £1300 fully comp for mine when i was 23 with 3yrs NCD and 3 points for speeding. Stage 3 all mods declared, they did want a tracker thou... Thought that was a good price.

That was with Greenlight 01277263030, top blokes!

From personal experience i wouldn't touch Adarian Flux with a shitty stick!! There fine when your paying them a grand plus, but trying to get anything out of em is like getting blood from a stone!

Have just insured my Saphire 4x4 tonight, best quote is from Lloyds tsb through churchill.

Tried most of them in fast Ford and performance ford and they were much much more, as for flux, they wanted £300 more than lloyds!!, oh yeah, the insurance company affilliated to the RSOC wanted the same as flux!!

Why the hell some of these people advertise in car mags is beyond me.

Standard saph, 31 yrs old, full no claims and protected, parked on the road with cat 1 - £630

Hi Glen,

We can only guarantee quotes for up to 30 days in advance.

The guarantee means that we can hold the rate we quoted you as a ceiling, but if the rates come down you still get the lower rate.

With your renewal being January we cannot guarantee that far ahead, but by then you'll be a little older, with a bit more driving experience. Both of which are positive things from our perspective.

Unless you lose your bonus via a claim, or have a run of bad luck in terms of convictions the rate should be within 5% of the rate we quoted you.

Hope this helps...

Kind regards

Tony
