Quality Franco, probably how i would of described it, lol. Sean put your hands under your number plate and move each hand left and right and you will feel two holes, up inside these is a hex bolt thingy which you need to undo. The twisty things Franco described, well turn your wheels to full lock and put your hand into your bumper, kind of near to the hockey sticks, but in there you will find a plastic knob which you need to turn and pull out. Job done, good luck mate.

the allen bolts are for adjusting the height of the bumper and arnt meant to come out,[they have a blob of weld on the ends]the proper ones are up behind the bumper, you will see 2 bolts in each chassis rail, remove rear ones loosen front ones, twist the plastic side ones as mentioned above and the bumper will pull out complete with mounting brackets[assuming of course that youve disconnected/removed fogs/indys etc]
