Sorry I meant do my figures read low for a stage 3 ??
I think mine was at peak 23.5 psi and about 21- 22psi held.
Everyone always claims 330 bhp which makes me feel inadequate lol !!!

Its a ahmed bajoo chip, Nobles did say it would benifit from an RS500 intercooler, which i now have so not sure how much difference that will make.
I also have a collins stage 3 chip which I may get fitted next time its on the rollers (think they use a 2.5bar map though) see if that has any vast effect.
I looked at a few cars from some mags which have been roaded at Nobles and they seemed to be a bit lower too ??
Whats the mods on yours for 338 ??
cheers

i heard a rumour years ago that the collins chips used to run more boost hence got more power but at the sacrafice of shortening the engine life, the ahmed ones on the other hand ran a little less boost for more reliabilty, but as i say , his is only what i heard about 5 years back,

Thanks for the info, anything that runs more boost will have an effect on reliability i suppose. When i had mine rolling roaded that said that the ahmed bajoo chips never produced whet they claimed they should. They recommended superchips !!!

What power/torque do you have for how many psi?
Hello,
your Turbo is regulated with how much PSI for these powers?
I have a Sierra Cosworth, I have just bought the complete kit stage3 (ECU, map, green, actuator...) and I would like to see how much we can to have with between 15 and 22psi really (dyno tested and not estimated)

jp184, as you can see from my dyno printout, mine was at 28pound then tailing off to 25/24 psi

My GG 305Conversion T28 Escort Cosworth
Hybrid T28 Turbo
Full Mongoose De-cat System
GG Stage 2 Chip
1.3 Bar Boost
Fuel Pump
Fuel Pressure regulator
243.3BHP At 5422rpm
271.7Lbf/Ft At 3610
BHP is a little low and i dont understand why, he told me this figure was at the flywheel, but i dont see how i can beat the new shape M3's in a race if thats the flywheel figure.

260kW (~354hp) @ 5900rpm and 476Nm (~351lbf) @ 4000rpm.
Standard T35 escort engine and turbo. 3" exhaust and bigger cooler, bigger injectors and new engine management. That's just with little tuning which was mostly done by myself driving it along road and adjusting it with wideband lambda. I could have gained more power by adjusting more ignition advance but it was left for the next dyno session. The ignition advance map which I used was pulled out from standard P8 Escorts ecu so the advance was quite mild. The dyno was made by Dyno dynamics (so it should be near the true output).
btw. The exhaust backpressure with that high boost is huge, even with the 63 exhaust. Has somebody measured the exhaust backpressure in UK with ~1.5bar boost? The wastegate clock has to be very tight since the back pressure opens wastegate by itself.

so what box are you going for next?
The reason i ask is that i am at 550 hp and have to get a box. Any tips on this ??
Now i am driving around with no boost to save the box !!
What did you do for driveshafts and cv`s ?
