What's it worth???? Escort Cosworth
Been offered a K-reg 44k blue escort cosworth for 12500. It has cloth trim, no aircon, no sunroof. It has all mot's to prove mileage and is in reasonably good condition. It runs 375bhp and this was done by bbr as they used to own it.
Anyone's thoughts would be appreciated.

I'm just saying that an Esc Cos without a sunroof would be a Motorsport version and these were only available in white.
Or it is a reshelled car.
Do you have a VIN number perhaps? I could then check what car it originally was/is.

Raven interior?? Does that mean it should have leather?? Do all Lux models have sunroofs? What do lux models come with above standard? It has elec windows, central locking, radio with seperate equaliser.

All Lux models DO have a sunroof so far as I know it.
NEVER ever seen a lux without a sunroof. Only Motorsport version didn't have one.
Now, your car is a VERY early model so that MIGHT explain it.

My cossie is imperial blue, without sunroof.. 
There is leather interior and aircon. I think it has been an option, to get car with or without the sunroof

Markki, LHD are often different from UK, but if your car was RHD it should DEFO have a sunroof, Speedy G is correct...
TBH, the car you mention sounds dirt cheap...

had a good look over the car today.....its a very good example. only minor bits are some stone chips on front bumper and bonnet. Very impressed indeed!!!

mine is a fully original Mallard Green lux version, with leather and air con, and it does not have the sunroof either.
In France, the ones that had the sunroof where the ones without air con. HTH.

FOR GODS SAKE GET IT AA INSPECTED WITH HPI/CAR DATA CHECK TO PROVE IT! I HAD 9 MONTHS OF HELL TRYING TO GET MINE BACK AFTER THE POLICE TOOK IT OFF ME! 
All turned out ok tho apart from a few solicitors bills!

I hpi'd the car and it has been up to be checked out at the local garage and it is all good......very very happy with the car....thought it was quite quick but hoped it would be quicker then I found a button that changed everything........variable boost control.....now the car flies!!!!
