Default Tuning small turbo esc cos

Have just purchased a small turbo escort cosworth that I am well pleased with. Problem is it lacks power. I will be changin the management over in the months to come but for now whilst I am savin need to up it. Have purchased a chip for it but havent plugged it in yet. Before I do can anyone tell me if a dash 31 is needed. Also what boost pressure will I be able to run? Will an uprated pump be necessary staright away aswell as a fuel regulator. And finally will the cats need to be removed for better power it already has a magnex cat back on it. If so does anyone know if magnex do a downpipe and centre for the cat back system?

some people recommend a -31 with there chips depends which one you have got fuel pump and reg are not essential but i would do the pump to be on the safe side.
mine was running about 16psi with the stg1 chip filter and graham goode sports cat exhaust and was 278bhp.

Look for Cossymad's post on this sub-forum. He posted his 300bhp setup describtion and probably can sort you one. Superchips are know to give problems :-/

You have Marelli converted to run small turbo coilpacks? That is very nice option together with good turbo and small turbo intake can make some nice power I bet
