Auto Dynamix fuel pump loom
Can anyone who has fitted this give me some pointers. Ive been emailing the company they say the Escos has an in tank pump, where does this loom fit to the pump. does the loom run underneath the car. I'm planning on fitting it to my Fiesta RS turbo.

Connects to battery for power and ground, runs to the rear of the car and exits through the boot grommet, then is terminated to allow the loom to connect into the oe fuel tank sender plug.
Old pump power is connected to the new loom as a trigger

Thanks for your reply. The fiesta RS turbo doesn't have a grommet above the tank so is likely a drop tank job, I shall have a look through my haynes manual and see how its routed to the sender plug.
This I assume makes the pump fuse and relay to the pump(excluding power to other items sharing that relay) alone redundant?

This is the only picture you need.
I've just put a cossy fuel pump loom in my escort, the circuit is the same, it's only the length of the wires that differs.
Basically you have new + direct from battery to the new relay (pin 30) (mount this near to the pump, inside of the car, maybe under rear seat) then your loom may have an earth direct to battery or a short length earth straight to body (pin 85). This is also shared with the same earth from your new pump -
New pump + to relay pin 87
Old + off your existing fuel pump goes to pin 86, now the trigger for your loom. Your old - off the pump, simply tape this up out of the way as it's not needed.
