Default worrying wobble :-(

i have had this annoying wobble for a while now.. when pulling off it is fine and also when driving slow it is fine but when you put the car under load there is a wobbling coming from the centre of the car !
I ahve had a look round underneath and everything looks ok the only thing i noticed was there is a bit of play in the front prop and also play in the carrier for the rear prop ( think its called a carrier ! ).
should this play be there and what could cause the wobble if this is not it ??
please help because this is driving me mad... its not a pleasure to drive when its like this

Thanks
Matt...

has someone had the props off at some time recently,,,,? could have not put them back on in the same orientation as they came off, could be one of the universal joints (UJ's) collapsing and allowing the shaft ro run out of true.
