Default Escort cosworth misfire under boost

Just bought an escort cosworth, when i took it out a few week ago all was fine, ive picked it up this week and when driving home it spluttered when it came on boost, so i went to ford ordered 071 plugs set the gap to 0.6mm took it out all fine came on boost and went like a good un, 20 mins later spluttering again, any ideas? Mixture problems? Too lean or too rich?
Or is it using oil and fouling the spark plugs?

I would have the mixture checked by a specialist.

As said, check how it's fuelling, the condition of the plugs is a good indication of this. What is the rest of the ignition system like, i.e. leads?

regap the plus first to a slightly smaller gap then try again, if that fails then buy some new plugs (denso ik's) the 071 plug quality has deteriorated over the past year or so and is now not relaible at all.
