Dose anybody know what stage 1 boost for a bigturbo escos should be?(std injectors)

And a decent quick suplier of Head gaskets and head bolts?

Do you need any machineing for Grp A head bolts?

and whats a good price for;

Std head gasket
GrpA head gasket
Rocker gasket
Exhaust gaskets
Inlet gasket

my stg1 runs 17/18 psi woodford or pj for parts they do super quick delivery no machining for head bolts only long studding of block m8
