Default Fitting rs500 cooler

Ive got a big turbo esc cos with air-con and Ive bought an rs500 cooler plus an alloy rad and the fans as a set off radtec.Has anyone fitted this and does the cooler go in front of the aircon radiator? I tried to take the charge cooler off and both the top nuts broke clean off so im getting the drill and my trusty hammer out once I know how this all fits together.
The radtec stuff is

the air con will have to be removed as you cannot put the i/c on as its in the way.

there is no i/c for air con cars.

This has got to go on with the air-con fitted or im gona
I think its gona fit behind the air-con rad and be a bit of a squeeze but as i say its a complete kit for an esc cos with air-con fitted.Dont know how effective it will be behind A/C rad but its got to be better than standard.

Ok Ive put the cooler on the car now and theres plenty of space for the air-con rad but Ive left it off just now.The car was set to peak at 25psi and hold 22psi but since Ive put the cooler on it peaks at 28psi and holds 25psi.Is that normal because I havent adjusted anything?

There is a guy in Italy that installs the I/C and then has longer lines made up for the AC to fit. You could try that??

I wonder about fitting large turbo chargecooler with it's own rad and pump to leave aircon alone. What do you think?

its actually a good price i suppose as its is a new alloy radiator, intervooler and slimmer fans, i bet if you add the component parts up its not far off a good deal

The deal I got was great.Basically I got the whole kit VAT free so I was over the moon. The A/C rad will go back on no problem.Theres not much room between the fans and the engine pulleys at the front but it all fits.

Does the air-con rad sit in front of the intercooler then? How does that affect the charge temps when the air-con is NOT running (I know how it should affect the temps when it is ).

not ideal is it? air coming off a\c condenser can be as hot as 70 deg. C

BT Escorts already have a chargecooler , even when connected to a stand alone water cooling set up (rather than the OE engine coolant method), it is still nowhere near as good as a large air to air intercooler. Would be interesting to see the diff putting the air-con in front makes, as in would it offer no improvement over just a water separation kit?

Nowhere as good but maybe sufficient?

i´m fitting this kit now on my "small turbo" escos and the fans are very close to the pulley form the aircon compressor!
and the worst is that the one water-hose that comes out on the left side is very close in front of the aircon pulley!! and there´s no place to fit that hose without touching it!

i don´t know how others solved that problem but i have to consider something about?!

cheers,
philipp
