My car has just started making another strange noise. It sounds like it is coming from the gear box when at idle with the clutch pedal up it makes a rattle sound like something is loose but this goes when you turn the lights OFF, the volots obviously go down when you turn the lights out but the oil pressure goes up slightly it sits right on the line near the red then goes up a bit? Any ideas i will c if it is making the noise tommorrow?

That will be your clutch release bearing 'chattering'. Normally worse when the cars hot ie after a hard run.

How sure are you of this as its just been changed? This is the first time i have heard it like this, it normally makes a noise but it always done it and i was told not to worry but this new sound has got me.

I'm 99% sure from what you describe, but without being there there is always doubt.When it's doing this stationary at idle, blip the throttle, does it go with the revs up then return at idle?

It did last night yeah, but i have changed it like i said so if it is that it didnt last long? It isnt doing it now. Bloody car its really pissing me off now always something.
