Default Cosworth TDC crank sensor help

I brought all new sensors from MSD all went in fine except the TDC sensor.

I've tried to gap it but with max adjustment still is more than 1mm, tried the old sensor and that's the same too

Any suggestions??

Your going to have to drill out the bracket to slot it further as it sounds like the wrong one for the sump.

Default Sensor bracket issue

I just got a TDC sensor bracket from a UK supplier and when I installed it the centre of the sensor was about a quarter inch forward of the pulley mark. I have a 4x4 block and a 2wd crank case/sump. Are there different sensor brackets? If so where can I source the correct one?
