what power are you going for ,

as ive heard the standard one is good for 600 hp ,

it was over engineerd by cosworth in the beginning ,

unless going for huge power swapping a crank is unessacary .....

I would personally go for an arrow crank as I know of too many people who have had harmonic problems with farndon cranks.

If you PM a user on here called "steveboyslim" thats a guy called Steve Milton who does a lot of work with Arrow particuarly with ford and vauxhall engines, and may well be able to get you a discount on your crank, thats who I bought my Vauxhall C20XE Arrow crank through and it was quite a few hundred pounds under retail money.

I would go for the arrow rods as well, again through steve if he is prepared to help you out like he did me.

I would go for longer rods than that, why not change your pistons and go for rods around 133mm long?

Martin.....do you think that an Arrow crankshaft 84 mm, with alluminum alloy block 91 mm (+ 10 mm deck height) and Arrow con rods 133 mm for stroker kit, is always better?!

Or, for example, is always better an Arrow crankshaft 88 mm, with alliminum alloy block 91 mm (+ 10 mm deck height) and Arrow con rods 133 mm?!

I'm trying some tests, and an Arrow crankshaft 82 mm, with alluminum alloy block 90.8 mm (+ 10 mm deck height) and Arrow con rods 133 mm for stroker kit...is a great solutions!!!

I want to run very high, above 8000rpm lol!
The head is a touring-car spec, with BD16, double valve spring isky, big valves (+1 mm), and full ported/machined head....8500 rpm and above ya!
