is the flap in the air distribution box moving when you turn the knob? maybe it's in the cold air position and the control cable has come off or slipped or something?

are the pipes going to and from the heater hot? if so, the matrix must be getting hot, but not getting any air over it.

Check your cables, to the heater box, if they're intact then it's probably a buggered heater matrix, which all the cossies I've owned seem to suffer from when they're stored over the winter.

Hope that helps???
