hi, i have an 94 escort cosworth large turbo with a/c and i want to remove the timing belt cover, i removed all the screws but it seems it can go out of the place because of the a/c motor ! any help about removing it in place please !

there a bit tricky with a/c, normally i pull the cover upwards & fowards (keeping a bit of lifting pressure on it) then give it a bit of a wiggle, they normally come out then.

they are a total pain,you can easily end up cracking it,good time to replace with a cut down version,2 min job then in the future,lol

i have removed it but now i need to fit it again and it seems to be impossible to put it back in place any hits or help please ??

remove the AC tensioner, its quicker in the long run and saves damaging the cover
