Default Painting a Escos Fuel Tank ??

My Fuel tank could really do with a coat of paint as the old owner has
used something on it that looks like stone chip

I was thinking about using Plasti-Kote Satin Black..

Anyone else tried this ?

Or can i use some kind of paint remover ?

..

Sprayed mine a couple of months ago with some Satin Black paint, came up trumps and is still looking fresh now - especially with the stainless tank straps fitted.

problem is if its out like a plastic bike tank the paint will bubble after a while due to it being breathable unless you can find a paint that is breathable to which i dont know of any
