Out of interest, what is the advantage of one of these over a 'regular' breather?

You'll need to get your sump modded remember.... and tehn you still need to account for the quip fittings / pipe...- think it worked out at 750 ish when this was last discussed.... - but it is someting I defo want to do when my engine is rebuilt......

Thanks for that, I didn't realise you had to mod the sump.

What is/are the mods needed?

The mod to the sump is only a AN fitting welded on though isnt it?

The rest of the costs are made up of aeroquip?

If you look at the pictures on my resto section, it answers all the questions regarding sump mods etc. Also, you can modify the breather slightly so that you retain the OE filter arrangement (like I did to mine). Otherwise it is a case of requiring a remote oil filter....

Delivery would be £8.50.

As mentioned, this is JUST the price for the breather and does not include the Aeroquipe.

IMO i'd want to have a remote oil filter anyhow! - would make life easier, given i've got one of the Jap style take off's for the sensors on my oil pressure and temp gauge!
