hi ,does anyone knows the fuel tank capacity in litres of an escort cosworth please?

I've never got more than 60 litres in mine, and thats what my handbook says too. Although some others on here swear they've got more in, 65 maybe.

The later book says 65 litre IIRC. The 60 litres was copied from the Sierra handbook by mistake.

so you are saying that an escort cosworth fuel tank capacity is 65 litres, am i right.

Yes that's right. The Sierra had a 60 litre tank and when Ford wrote the Escos manual they copied a lot of the text from the Sierra version, and they forgot to increase the tank capacity.

Later handbooks, and Ford catalogues list it as being 65 litres.
