Hi mate,I will take some more pics tommorrow (as long as its not raining!!)
I think the standard splitter looks better,i need a standard lower splitter got the upper section & both hockey sticks on ebay last week for a very reasonable Ł150 in good condition, there's a brand new lower splitter on ebay at the moment so i'll prob buy that its upto Ł70 already with 7 days to go!! there was one listed last week second hand but it was scratched & had a crack so i gave that one a miss,

Thanks mate, i hit a kerb on a traffic island approaching a roundabout at about 70 it destroyed the wheel & sent me over the middle of the roundabout through a metal sign & eventually into a wall with earth built up at the other side, the worst part was the airbag breaking my nose & getting billed for the damage from the council!

Not nice. Horrible feeling crashing aint it. I had it earlier this year when a corsa pulled out in front of my escort van, causing me to swerve and just clip their wing, hit a kerb and launch myself 6ft in the air and 25ft down the verge before landing and sliding a further 40ft!!! Just thank god no one was hurt and you wasn't in the cossie.

Yeah its not a nice feeling at all,i was rushed to hospital as i had vomited blood but this was caused by the nose break,i swear to this day that the cruise control had come on & stayed on,i started to brake & it seemed to speed up if anything, bloody Vauxhalls!

Welcome Chap.
Really Nice Escort, I would leave the carbon splitter on, as it makes the car look more appealing to the eye.
Sorry to hear about your accident, looks very nasty, but main thing is your here.
All the best and welcome to the site.
