Default Is this my problem ?

Hi my car has been over fueling on tick over and running poor, it has also been blowing the Lamda sensor fuse and cutting the car out.
But last week I found this sensor shorting out.
Would this cause the problems ?

As said that's a oil pressure sender, but how can someone be so stupid just doing up the nut!!
I would have agood look at the lambda sensor wiring as this is so close to the exhaust, in case it has melted somehwere near.

I will check the Lamda sensor wires.
Maybe the Anti lag has melted them !
