Rear geometry shims
How has tryed these from Mike Rainbird and what results have you had. What is involved in fitting these and could someone do a fitting guide.

I've got some, they came with a fitting guide. I got my mechanical bod to do it as I'm a lazy sod but it didn't look too difficult. They seem to have lowered the tyre wear rate too.
