Default Steering wheel wobble

Just bought myself an Ecos and I get a wobble through the steering wheel around 50mph. The wheels have been checked and balanced and the wobble is still there. I have been advised by a friend that the CV joints on the front may need replacing or possibly a bush has gone. I will be looking at this next week but wondered if there is anything else I should look out for.

Cheers
Dave

It's most probably the anti roll bar/track control arm bushes, if they need replacing, make sure you use poly bushes as the standard ones are pants.

I have the same problem, its not under braking. I checked all balancing as you did.

Check you power steering bottle level, mine has a strange problem of throwing the fluid out the top, I just left it, then the wobbling appeared. I topped it up and it stopped.

Do that....

let me know

I had the same problem and my standard front discs were warped causing the problem.

I'll double check the bushes. They have been uprated with polybush ones I think.
