we have a small problem with the escos
in the car there comes no hot air anymore from the ventilation holes when you turn the ventilation on, always cold and normal air,
what can be the problem?
and how to solve it?
the car has no airco!

you sure the pipes that go in and out of the bulk head are piping hot?sounds to me that the heater matrix has gone.
what does the temp gauge do?sit at normal or really low all the time?if low all the time someone may have taken the thermostat out.?
but most likely cause of this is the matrix mate. they arent dear.40quid mark i think, just a shit job to change

sounds alot like matrix then.but im no mechanic the two pipes will get warm due to thier postition at the back of the engine but the should be piping hot if its working.one is in and one is out you see.
as for fitting.i havent done it myself, but as far as i know its the bottom half (console)out of the way and a fiddly job to manouvre round the pedals.
someone may know a quicker way.but im going by saff experience when my mate did mine

Maybe the adjustable resistor has gone so can not regulate the heating.
or even a broken cable from the matrix and the control knob.
failing that and you do need to change the heater matrix then be prepared to take the whole dash out
