Default camshaft timing

hi!
i´m new in this forum.
i have got a 92 escort cossi with stage 3 engine.
i searched all old topics about cam timing,but

i couldn´t find the best timing on stock cams.
i´ve got vernier cam pulleys,but i dont
know the best timing for around 370bhp.

could anyone help me?

My engine is 450hp/550Nm and I have my stock cams timed, inlet 1mm open at TDC and exhaust 0.8mm open at TDC. I can't say that these are the optimum settings, but you have something to start with. Best thing to do is do some dataloging or test it on a dyno to see results.

but i think you are using longer rods?
i dont know if this is important.

some one else know his cam timing?
