Default Idle on small turbo

Hi need a little bit of advice. Got in the car today after about two weeks of not driving it and the idle speed seems to have dropped to about 500rpm. Do the idle speed control valves give any problems.....

But when i was putting it into the garage i noticed that it puffed alittle bit of smoke out, so i got the wife to rev it and i stood at the back it smell's very fuelly.
Is it anything to do with the o2 sensor.

Any of you guys had this??

Thanks Steve

The best thing to do first is get a code reader on it and see if the ecu's stored any error codes and take it from there.
