Tyre choice
I was wondering what experience you chaps had with different rubber ? (I mean the black sticky stuff round your wheels, not what you use in the bedroom !! )
I have standard Wheels with factory spec Pirelli P zero.
But was curious if there was a better grippier tyre and if it would transmit more road noise ?
What about those road legal slicks, do you really need to be a mental patient to use them in the rain ? Not that my Cos every goes out in the rain.
Does it make a big difference if your running larger wheels as I think you can only go up to a 235 anyway.
Hope this sparks up a hot debate

I've tried Dunlop D01J and D02G, endless grip. with the old style D01J, u'll have to be nut to drive it in the rain, the D02G is better in the wet, but I still won't recommend it. The D03G is already out, and my friend have them on his mondeo, initial impression is good.
A048 provides similar grip but cost a lot more.
