Default ECossy Fuel Pump replacement

Well i've search this forum for a thread relating to this but it says there is nothing, can't believe there isn't

......... How easy is it to uprate the fuel pump on an ECossy and do you need to take the fuel tank out??

Also, which fuel pump do I uprate to if running around 280 bhp?

Simon: with a 280 conversion i'd have thought yours already has an uprated fuel pump

probably on the limit if on a standard pump with 280 bhp, depends how good it is.

who ever set it up would know if it was getting enough fuel etc....

just given me nightmares again...

has this task a few weeks back. Did it 80% on my own too.

It is possible to tottaly drop the tank, take all connecting pipes off and pull tank away from car.

I strongly suggest to completly empty the tank of all fuel when refitting/lifting the tank into position.
