stage 3, blow off valve opens

stage 3, blow off valve opens
Hey guys
have a small problem
running software for dark greens, 1,8 bar peak, around 1,5 bar holding boost, rs500 ic, 3 " exhaust.
I ve a problem...
Under full throttle in 5th gear at around 6500 rpm the blow off valve (DV26si) opens from itself and blows the entire boost off.
its just in this gear.
What can this be? head and cams are stock, that the problem? stock inlet channels in the head?
Any ideas are wanted!!
