head gasket?
Think head gasket is on way out looking at replacing it. looked at a few on different websites and seen cometic grpA with bolts and all other gaskets would that be ok running stage 3 only gets driven hard now then and does no track days. Also should i get it skimmed when taken off any help would be grateful.

Up to 400 bhp I would stick with the group a(YBO611) as it is fibrous so much better at coping with any small irregularities, on block.
You do need at least to get the head checked, I would be very surprised if it did not need a skim.
Make sure when you put it back together you use a ARP stud and nut kit, as much better and use correct torque settings and sequence.
Metalk ones are very good anc an take nmore power than group a, but block ideally needs to be skimmed just to remove crap, but even then some metal ones will leak oil slightly.
Best to use a group a up to 400bhp.
