Default Oil leak on escos....

Just put the escos away and noticed a leak which seems to be comming from the rocker cover on the front by cams.
I think i,v got a cometic rocker gasket on it, so is it ok to use again and if so how tight do the rocker cover studs need to be. Pretty sure the cam seals and rocker seals are good?

Any help please, and thanks in advance.

you need a little bit of silicon at the ends of the half moons, always leak there. dont over tighten rocker cover bolts as you will pull threds out of the head ,hope this helps

lock-tight the bolts, they have a habit of vibrating lose !!! and leaking... more so with cometic for some reason ??

they are reusable so you should be fine....

Do not use loctite in an alloy application as it could well cause the threads to bugger up when you loosesn.
Use a bit of PLASTICINE instead, beleive me it does work!!
