Multiplug under passenger kick panel ??

Multiplug under passenger kick panel ??
I've bought an incomplete Escort Cosworth and there is a multiplug under the passenger kick panel, does anyone know what is meant to plug in there?

I think that is still in place, this is the connector but it might have fell down from under the dash somewhere ?

I was told the car has no ECU or loom, perhaps it's just the under bonnet stuff missing???

I know that is where the ECU should be on a large turbo and it does look like the connector. AFAIK the escort loom was in 2 parts which seperate in the engine bay.

that is for the ecu to plug in and the fuel cut off is still visable in the photo
