YEP, but you also need the 2 spacer´s from the cam cover as the sierra use´s longer one´s

You mean to raise the height of the cover a bit ??

he means the 2 stand off's that screw into the camcover are slightly longer for that cam belt cover m8 to make it fit correctly

unless you have removed the sound insulation from teh underside of the bonnet , the 4x4 saph cam belt cover will wear a big hole in the insulation and cause bits of fluff to hang down and potentially get caught round the belt and pulleys
