Best Cosworth garage for a set up and a service?
My standard Esc Cos needs a set up and a service.
Speaking from experience, who's the best regarding knowledge, trust, friendliness, etc?
Been to an Ford RS dealership when I had a Saph, that was a joke. Also had a visit to a well known Cosworth tuner in the past and found the technicians very hard work to deal with, wouldn't let me anywhere near the car for a chat whilst setting it up.
Cheers, Gez

this tuner in Germany looks interesting
the yellow escort Cosworth caught my eye,and is that a
hearing aid beige MK2 escort with a bvr and tarmac group 4 arches
i'd heard of Richter, Wolf,Suhe, Ellmer, but not this company.
are the Cosworths becoming more popular over there Tony???

Sadly Hr Post speaks only v.cack English, as it happens I get a (small) discount 'cos I do most of the telephoning etc for him when it's in English.
Best bet is to e-mail him & he'll ring me to get a translation if it gets too tricky for him.
The beige Mk2 is a slalom car, ie the owner drives v.fast between cones against the clock, in this case in the open class for very modified cars. They put me in the same class 'cos I have British reg (don't ask) so I don't play as much as I used too.
As for Cossies in this area, we have 3 four doors rallying around here (a 60 miles radius) + 2 more Escort Cossies based locally + whatever Herbert is preparing to hillclimb with this year + 1 other (besides mine) in slalom & 1 involved in circuit racing & some road cars.
There are several rally/race Cossies based in Berlin that I know of, mainly 'cos Herbert does the engine prep work on them, his main business.
Mad looking bottom arms are to ensure that when you have lowered the car you can get the bottom of your tyres flat to the tarmac. I want to speak to him soon anyway so I'll ask him what they cost. Bear in mind though they are designed for race use.

Oh & the yellow Cossie "winters" at Post Motorsort, it might be the same 1 in the Wolf photos, I'll ask.
The Escort with the Martini stripes is a Ford Motorsport Grp A shell for those interested.
