fitting RS500 style cooler?
I am in the middle of fitting an XSpower RS500 style intercooler and i would like to know if it is better to move the dump valve to the cold side at the same time and to put a pod filter on as well. Just so that i do the job the correct way first as last, if i do all this hat do i do with the AMAL valve and all the other aux pipes to and from the turbo and air filter?
does any body have any before and after pics so i can see what is best to do. I am in Australia so i need to get the hoses and all the other bits shipped over and i want to get the right ones first time.
another question on this issue is that i have seen that i can use 3 inch aluminium pipes with short silicon reducers and bends is this another way around it i can pick these up over here. Last of all i will fit up the cooler get it secured and then get some custom made pipework for it, But i still need the info on the other smaller pipes.
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT.

this is it before the RS 500 cooler goes on.
The number plate is real you can have what you like here in OZ. as long as it already is not in use.
